About me
I am a product designer focused on turning complex technical and security problems into clear, human-centered experiences. My journey began at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where I studied graphic design but quickly fell in love with UX—a discovery that reshaped my career and fueled my growth within the tech industry.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of UX design, systems thinking, and product strategy. I have spent years collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams and leading the design strategy for companies’ flagship products. I specialize in high-stakes environments, like identity security, where making powerful products feel intuitive, useful, and grounded in real user needs is critical.
Whether I’m shaping a new product from the ground up, improving cross-platform experiences, or building the shared systems that help teams scale, I advocate fiercely for the end user. I believe the best products don’t just work well—they are ethical, humane, and make people feel informed, supported, and confident. At the end of the day, we are designing for humans, and my goal is to build software that earns their trust.
Outside of Work...
I am a lettering artist with a small Etsy shop who freelances for weddings. Aside from that, I am a cheeseboard enthusiast, an avid reader, and a reactive-dog mom. Go Bills.
